Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95 euros when the order value is under €75. With an order value of €75,- or higher, shipping costs are free. For other countries outside the Netherlands the shipping costs are higher, this differs per country. These costs are subject to the quantity of the ordered items. From the moment we receive the order we will ship the order to the consumer within 2 weeks. This deadline is indicative and not fatal. However, the final delivery time will almost never exceed the specified delivery time by more than one week, unless there is force majeure. When in doubt about the delivery please contact us so that we are aware of it.

Of course, we take the utmost care when shipping orders for products. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to the user. The consumer is obliged to take delivery of the purchased goods at the moment they are available to him or are handed over to him.

If the consumer refuses to take delivery or fails to provide information or instructions necessary for delivery, the items destined for delivery will be stored at the consumer's risk after user has notified him. In this case, the consumer will owe all additional costs.
